  Naveen Arts gives 36 months warranty on this product. This 3 years warranty covers manufacturing defects, termite and borer issues.

  What is not covered under this warranty?

  This 36 months warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal Wear and tear
  • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
  • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

• Immediately Wipe out any spillage with a soft cloth to avoid staining
• Use only water for any type of cleaning. While cleaning your furniture soft cloth. Pressing and use of rough rag can lead to minor or major scratches on the woodden items
• Its recommeded to do a 6 monthly wax rub-down of solid wood furniture for an ageless look
• Wood wax is easily available in online stores & local hardware stores Colour / polish can fade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• Its good to use thick quality tablecloth on daily heavy use furniture like dining table or any other table
